Does Sassy MN Mama offer custom orders and services?
Unfortunately, at this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate custom orders due to our current workload constraints. As a team, we are fully committed to providing the highest quality service and products to all our valued customers, and our current workload demands have reached a point where dedicating additional time to custom orders would compromise the quality and efficiency of our existing operations. Can I order out-of-stock sizes?
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept orders for out-of-stock items. However, we understand the importance of getting the products you desire and encourage you to utilize the "notify when restocked" button. By doing so, you will receive timely updates once the item becomes available again, ensuring that you can promptly place your order. What is your return policy?
Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for undamaged products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure to include all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with the product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
